Joining The Advantage Repair Community
The Advantage Repair Community (ARC) is an invitation-based network of performance-driven collision repair shops aligned around OEM purchasing, data visibility, and operational excellence. Membership is designed to be inclusive while reinforcing high standards and commercial alignment.
To join ARC, a shop must be an Advantage customer in good standing and formally register for participation. Enrollment confirms commitment to OEM purchasing alignment, program standards, and collaboration with participating wholesalers and industry partners.
Participation also requires transparency and engagement. Shops must agree to share OEM purchasing data, support technology integration where applicable, and align a majority of OEM spend with participating ARC wholesalers to qualify for rewards and elevated program benefits.
Elevated benefits including rebates and Rewards points are earned through performance, alignment, and ongoing engagement within the ARC community.
